How are these products made?
Each piece is created using FDM 3D printing technology, where the product is built layer by layer with high precision.
This process allows us to customize shapes, details, and names exactly the way you want, giving you a product that’s unique, personal, and made just for you.
What materials do you use?
Majority of products are made using PLA material, an eco-friendly, biodegradable bioplastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.
PLA is lightweight, durable for everyday use, and has a clean, premium finish that makes every piece look refined.
Is it safe to use Rol-Lit around candles or any flame?
Yes, our Rol-Lit has been tested with tealights and small to medium-sized diyas, it works perfectly well with daily mandir use and decorative candles with normal flame size.
However, please follow these precautions:

Avoid using any 3D-printed item directly near medium - large flame.

Rol-Lit can develop black smoke marks if kept too close to a flame. But you can easily wash it with soap and water.

For best results, place the tealight/diya in the center of the Rol-Lit.
Do you take bulk orders or corporate orders?
Yes, we offer bulk, gifting, and corporate customizations.

Can I wash the products?
Yes, absolutely. PLA is a type of plastic, so you can wash it with normal soap and water.
If Rol-Lit develops slight black marks from being too close to a flame, gentle washing usually removes them easily.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing and shipping.
In the rare case of damage during transit, share an unboxing video or clear photos within the mentioned time window.
We’ll arrange a replacement in eligible situations as per our policy.
