Return & Refund Policy

At Lakkire Studio, every product is custom-made, printed, and finished exclusively for you. Each order is created on demand based on the image, name, design, or specifications you provide. Because of this personalised nature, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

 

Please read the terms below before placing an order.​

1. No Returns / No Refunds

​​

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for any order once it has been placed.

  • Since each item is created uniquely for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after payment.

2. Quality Assurance

​

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.

We ensure your order is printed, finished, and packed safely so it reaches you in perfect condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

 

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do take responsibility if a product is genuinely damaged during transit.

 

To qualify for support:

 

  • You must record a complete unboxing video (uncut, from start to finish).

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos/videos of the damage must be shared immediately.

 

If the damage is verified:

 

  • We will remake and resend the product at no extra cost.

  • In extremely rare cases where remake is not possible, we will offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.

4. Situations NOT Eligible for Replacement​

 

  • Minor variations in colour/brightness due to screen differences

  • Slight 3D printing lines, texture marks, or micro-imperfections (these are natural to the process)

  • Wrong image or text provided by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse, exposure to flame, heat, or neglect

  • Unboxing video not provided

  • Late reporting after 24 hours

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

If the order is returned because of:

 

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer not reachable

  • Customer refusal

 

→ We do not refund and do not replace the item.

Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.​
