Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Lakkire Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes, ships, and delivers your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions below.

 

Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery is not available at the moment.

 

1. Shipping Charges

 

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000 (India-wide).

  • ₹100 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹1000 (India-wide).

  • Free Store Pickups for locals (Vapi, Daman, etc).

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

 

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

  • Standard processing time: 1–4 working days.

  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional time. Customers will be notified in advance if delays are expected.

 

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

 

All products are made-to-order; processing may vary based on design complexity, queue, and material availability.

 

 

3. Delivery Timeline

 

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.

 

Estimated timelines:

 

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

 

These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or public holidays. Lakkire Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

 

 

4. Tracking Information

 

A tracking link will be shared after dispatch via email/WhatsApp.

Once an order is with the courier, the tracking updates depend solely on the courier partner.

 

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information.

 

If the order is returned due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Phone number not reachable

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the order

 

→ The customer will be required to pay re-shipping charges to resend the product.

No refunds will be issued for such cases as products are custom-made.

 

 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

 

  • If a package arrives damaged or tampered, the customer must record a video while unboxing and inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper proof cannot be processed.

  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner, but final resolution depends on the courier investigation.

 

Lakkire Studio is not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.

 

 

7. Delivery Attempts

 

Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the customer is unreachable/unavailable after repeated attempts, the parcel will return to the courier hub or to us.

 

Re-dispatch will only be done after payment of additional shipping charges.
